Trail Runs
All levels of fitness are welcome to participate in Thursday night trail runs at Jonathan Dickenson State Park. Weekly runs are typically 5 to 7 miles. Check out our website calendar for times.

One-on-One Motivational Training
JJ will work one-on-one with individuals wanting to hone their adventure racing skills, beginning a fitness program or looking for motivation in an unorthodox outdoor training environment. Lack of boredom is guaranteed!
60 minutes: $50
