Colon Hydrotherapy

This is a safe, effective method of removing waste from the large intestine, without the use of drugs.  Filtered and temperature-regulated water is introduced into the colon and the waste is loosened and softened, allowing evacuation through the body’s natural peristalsis.  This is a therapist-assisted procedure that maintains your dignity and comfort.

Sport ‘n Spa Signature Detox/De-stress Body Treatment

Begin this delightful treatment with a light head-to-toe dry brushing.  Then, allow your body to detoxify and de-stress with the healing qualities of our organic lemongrass, coconut and rice bran body scrub.  A Rhassoul clay mask is then applied and you will be delicately wrapped in warmed, aromatic towels for 20 minutes while your feet and scalp are massaged.  Upon showering, your therapist will complete your treatment by applying a nourishing Lemongrass body lotion.

Sport ‘n Spa Signature Sole Soother

Pamper your legs, calves and feet with this soothing foot treatment.  This starts with an antiseptic cleansing with warm towels, followed by an exfoliation with lemongrass scrub.  Enjoy the therapeutic benefits of acupressure, aromatherapy and deep tissue massage for the ultimate recovery.  Great for pre- or post- athletic event!

Gratify yourself with this exclusive package that combines two of our restorative and relaxing therapies.   Enjoy a 60 minute deep tissue massage with the focus on the liver, adrenals and large intestine acupressure points.  This is followed with a 60 minute colon hydrotherapy session with aromatherapy.
