When there is chronic muscle tension or injury, there are usually adhesions (bands of painful, rigid tissue) in muscles, tendons, and ligaments.

Sports Massage
This massage combines deep tissue and therapeutic stretching to promote healing and recovery of muscles and tendons due to athletic activities. Aromatherapy and soothing muscle relieving products are incorporated into treatment.

CranioSacral Therapy
A gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the body’s physiological system called the craniosacral system. The body’s natural healing is enhanced as the therapist works with the patient to assist the body’s self-correcting mechanisms.

CranioSacral Massage
This therapy combines the healing benefits of craniosacral therapy with the relaxation of therapeutic massage. The therapist will begin the session with craniosacral therapy to encourage the body’s “correction” process. This is followed with a relaxing therapeutic massage.
